QA/QC Introduction

Without the work of our quality assurance personnel, we believe our enterprise may cease to exist. This why we have implemented quality controls in all our production processes. There are procedures in place to inspect and reject faulty or substandard materials in the stages concerning raw materials acquisition (aluminum, plastics, etc), compounding, protective film, packaging and consignment. At each stage in the process, there are experts supervising work in order to guarantee we achieve all our quality targets.

Description:This instrument tests the pencil hardness of aluminum plastic composite panels

Name:Peeling Resistance Test Instrument
Description:This instrument tests the peel strength of the products, which is the most important test undertaken in the control of the overall quality of our aluminum plastic composite panels.
